Event Consultation Policy

EVENT CONSULTATION POLICY

At Florena & Co., we are committed to ensuring your experience is not only exceptional but also alleviates the pressures surrounding your special day. Your satisfaction remains our top priority. As an exclusive event offering, we provide a free personalized consultation and proposal crafted by our floral experts. 

Proposal Acceptance

After the proposal is set, sign the proposal and secure your date by paying the retainer deposit from a personalized payment plan, or complete the payment in full.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 3 weeks upon the date of your event, ensuring a seamless experience as your special day approaches.

Cancellation Policy

Notify us ASAP in case of cancellation. Please note that all payments of Fees and fees for Additional Services made are non-refundable. All outstanding Fees for Additional Services rendered through the Date of Termination will be due immediately. Client understands that Florena & Co. has likely declined other events to reserve the Event Date in Florena & Co.'s calendar. Therefore, if the client terminates the event sixty (60) calendar days or less from the Event Date, Florena & Co. will require that Florena & Co.'s Fees be paid in full..
