Ordering Guidelines

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for floral arrangements knowing that fresh flowers are perishable natural products. To preserve the overall aesthetic, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value based on availability and seasonality, ensuring your arrangement remains exquisite. The Florena & Co. team takes pride in delivering top-tier quality, however once your order is delivered or collected, we are not responsible for any damages. For orders cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled pick up or delivery, given that the order has not been started, a full refund will be issued. 

Same-Day Orders & Customization

At Florena & Co., a full non-refundable payment is required upon order placement. Orders placed 24 hours in advance ensures next-day readiness for pickup or delivery. Same- day options available— contact us directly. We deliver within a 25-mile radius with a flat fee of $20. To ensure timely preparation, please schedule custom flower arrangement orders at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day delivery or pick-up orders can be arranged by contacting the boutique. Orders can be canceled with a 48 hour notice.
